David Lizerbram is a  San Diego area Business law strategist providing  help to entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes from, solo business owners to publicly traded companies.  He has expertise in large scale fundraising rounds, strategic partnerships, intellectual property,  and the raft of issues that face startups.
He has an undergraduate degree from the prestigious USC  School of Cinema and Television, and received his Law Degree from Loyola Law here in Los Angeles.  He serves on a number of nonprofit boards, and speaks regularly on legal matters, including at San Diego Comiccon every year since 2008.
