My guest for episode 4 is my friend Jay Fleischman. Jay is a partner in the firm of Schaev and Fleischman, with offices in Los Angeles and New York. The firm focuses on student loan and bankruptcy law matters. Helping clients get their debts under control, stop debt collector harassment, fix errors in credit reports, and generally getting back their financial lives.
Jay is admitted in both New York and California, and has been self employed since 1995. His practice Web site is at consumerhelpcentral.com, and he also runs LegalPracticePro.com, where he blogs, podcasts and provides marketing consulting services to lawyers and law firms. He offers very popular online courses and workshops training bankruptcy lawyers to develop systems to improve their practices’ marketing and operations.
He’s also a professional speaker, and has given presentations at Bar Associations and CLE programs around the country.
