My Guest for this episode is Nick Pavlidis, a Boston area lawyer who serves as in-house counsel for an international corporate management firm, helping them with commercial, corporate, labor, and export compliance matters. Prior to that, he spent almost 10 years as a corporate and bankrupty litigator in a large New York City law firm.
