Joe told me his podcasting history, including his early offering, a political news oriented blog and show entitled “Recess Appointment”
After Joining Above The Law in 2013, Joe began pitching podcast ideas, and after a few false-starts, the organization recently began “Thinking Like A Lawyer” in which he and co-host Elie Mystal are joined by a guest lawyer to discuss legal issues ranging from the practical to the absurd.

Joe is a proponent of podcasting as a medium, and as a tool for lawyers marketing their firms. His advice? “Just go out there and do it,” he says. His point being, that if you don't just get started, you'll never get anywhere.
